Return/Replacement Policy
1. Eligibility for Return and Replacement
a. Tudd accepts returns and replacements only for damaged, defective, or missing products.
b. Customers must notify Tudd within 7 days of product delivery regarding any issues.
2. Contacting Tudd for Return and Replacement
a. To initiate a return or replacement, customers must send an email to help@tudd.in with the subject line “Return/Replacement Request” and include the order number, detailed description of the issue, and relevant images or videos.
3. Video Documentation Requirement
a. Customers are required to provide a video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the condition of the product and any visible damage.
4. Timeframe for Return and Replacement Request
a. Customers must contact Tudd within 7 days of receiving the product to report any issues.
b. No complaints or requests for return and replacement will be entertained after these 7 days.
5. Shipping Products to Tudd for Quality Check (QC)
a. Upon approval of the return or replacement request, customers will be instructed to ship the product(s) to the Tudd warehouse for a quality check.
b. The cost of shipping the product(s) to our warehouse for QC will be borne by the customer.
6. Replacement Process
a. After the QC team verifies the issue, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
b. If the exact product is not available, Tudd may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
7. Refund Process
a. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days if a replacement is not possible.
8. Exceptions
a. Tudd reserves the right to make exceptions to the policy in certain cases. Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Service for assistance.
9. Responsibility for Accuracy
a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the return and replacement process. Tudd is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
